otakunick game review (crysis 2)
hey guys thought id do sum thing difrint and give you a game review i know theses shoud probably dune ether almost right after the game game out or a retro review but what the hell i have been playing crysis 2 for abut a week now and i what to wright a review of it
now befor i get down to the story and game play let me give you guys a rundown on the history of the game because if you cudint tell by the 2 at the end of the name this is the second game in a serres now then crysis and crysis 2 where bolth made my a company called crytech best known for making games that look drop dead gorgeous and also for making a game that has killed more PC then mustered did the indians at little bighorn
now for thows that dont now this this is the first crysis game on a console you will not find crysis on the 360 or the PS3 only for PC now with that sed the fact that crysis 2 is on the console has alot of PC gamers pissed off because befor this they would use crysis to as a trial by fire type ordeal for when ever they would make a new PC(tho thats rely pointless now as most consumer towers made nowadays can play crysis to a degree) and so the PC elitests are now all bitching and complaining on how they dumbed down the game inorder to appel to the console gamer and yes they did make the controls less complexed(and by that i meen there is not over 30 fucking hot keys to remember but lets face it the controls needed streamlining
with all that out of the way its time for me to tell you the baces of the story Crysis 2 takes place in 2023, three years after the events of the first game, in a destroyed New York City, which has since been evacuated due to alien infestation. The game begins with news footage of ecological disasters, a large outbreak of the "Manhattan" virus, a gruesome disease that causes complete cellular breakdown, civil unrest and panic about an alien invasion by the Ceph, the tentacled, squid-like alien race behind the incident of Crysis. Due to the breakdown in social order within New York City, Manhattan is placed under Martial Law, and under contract from the US Department of Defense, soldiers from Crynet Enforcement & Local Logistics (or simply "CELL"), a private military company run by the Crynet corporation, police the chaos. and this is whar you are going to be tossed into the story playing a charter called Alcatraz a marine part of a spec ops unit charged with helping Prophet a charter from the last game and shit hits the fan resolting in Alcatraz geting the nanosuit 2.0
now the story is defanetly good but you probly alredy herd that and whant to know about the game play well all i can say is this is the best FPS i have played in a long time if you come into this game thinking it will just be like COD or halo youl end up dead in no time you rely need to now what your suit can do and know just when to use thows abilatys to the fullest and the game rely helps you do just that with good controls once you get the sensativaty to your liking the booten placement rely helps you controle the charter and pull off a buch of cool moves that look rely nice
and speeking of looking nice this game is so fucking good looking that i acholy dead 10 time because i was not paying atenchon to the game play insted i was looking at the games graphics lol
okay now even thow iv been singing this games prise thar is sum problems and it lies in the Multiplayer and the fact that it is completly unbalinced and has almost no rank filtering when looking for a match say you just got the game today and deside to play a mach youd start as rank1 and youd end up with rank30 in the same match it has cosed alot of people to up and quit the game witch is sad but i think they just need to fix that and a copel ofther minor bugs and the game would be good as gold
